Clown Car ?

This car caused a ''discussion"' this morning when puppy walking.My better half referred to this as a 'Clown Car' whereas european me reply was ... No, thats one of those trendy Fiats. We did agree that it appeared to be a birthday present for a new driver and there was thought that this was more likely to be be a young lady that a young man. I suspect that we need to get out a bit more to see a few more sights
