MonoMonday: Time

This is the girl I mentioned in yesterdays blip, who collapsed at the Dunedin marathon, from exhaustion, and dehydration. She finished the marathon in her socks as she couldn't feel her feet. She collapsed a couple more times in the last 600 meters, but the medics were there to help. After she crossed the finish line she sat down on the grass with a blanket to keep her warm, then she crawled into the first aid tent, as she could no longer stand. Yikes! (my husband, Mario, blipper "Seize the Day") is on the left offering pearls of wisdom.

This fits the Mono Monday challenge because I didn't have time yesterday to edit a lot of the photos, but I did have time today. Also, it was time for this poor girl to have a lie down!
