Yep that'll do - officially moved in.
A long day driving back and forth to Cardiff today - long distance Dad's taxi service.
I took Mr E and two flatmates to the pub for Sunday lunch. Fixed up his bike, dumped his stuff, bought some beers and a bottle of Bourbon and left him to it. Job done.
It was worth it all to see his happy face as he regains his freedom. All very amusing.

One down and one to go. Exciting times for all.
