Crunch time

This blip doesn't really illustrate my day! I took part in the Stirling 10k run this morning, meeting a few folks there that I knew and having excellent support from Andy. It was a great route and I was pleased to get round to the finish! It's not long now until the half marathon I entered, a few months ago I would have never have thought I would be able to do these distances.

Tonight we went down to the pub and walked passed the local 'Yes' shop. I wanted to get a photograph of it because I imagine that they will disappear in the not too distant future.
