Riding the Wave

My wife Sara rushes past me in the surf on her body board enjoying every minute of it.
The wind was still coming from the East and was whiping up a good swell just right for body boarding, we were both out in the surf for about an hour or more having fun,
Then it was time for a cupper. (But no cake today..... doh!)
