Clamp

Or something like that. It feels as if my legs are held in clamps. I'm a bit stiff after yesterday's exertions. I've tried stretching it out, but it seems to be getting worse, not better.

Anyway, it seemed a grey old day when we went out today for the messages and on a blip hunt. But it's amazing what colour you can find in Newhaven Harbour if you look hard enough.
