Mango dessert inspiration

I just saw a fantastic movie which I warmly recommend everyone to see - "The Hundred-Foot Journey" It was a real feel-good-movie, yet realistic, and everyone who has some interest in cooking must see it! Inspired by the movie, I came home and made a little mango dessert.
