Meloncholy Sunrise

Some mornings the sun bursts into view with great fanfare, but today it just took it's time and gradually appeared from behind a soft veil of cloud ...
It was, however, no less picturesque when it finally did show itself ... and it also remained shining for the rest of the day, albeit a slightly hazy shine ... :o)
