Lizard Lighthouse
Lizard lighthouse was established in 1619 and the height of the tower is 19 metres, it has one white flash every 3 seconds and has a range of 26 miles. Locals allegedly objected to the building of the first lighthouse in 1619 as it was claimed that most of the houses near the Lizard are built with the ruins of ships. To get to the Lizard today I has to pass goonhilly downs where I saw the most huge satellite dishes, amazing to see them.
