UFB

This just made me laugh.  It makes me feel like I'm at a fun fair.  I'm sure its eyes are pin sharp!

Rich preferred the Unidentified Flying Bug and I would like to know what it is if any bug expert can tell me.  It hovered if that helps but I couldn't find it online under hoverflies.  

Today, I had to go with what made me feel good.  So, this time...
