Killing Fields

Living in Bridlington, one request that B's mum often has when she comes to London is a trip to that temple of delight, Ikea....who are we to refuse? So a quick trip there before heading into town.

She also wanted to see the poppies at the Tower of London which neither B or I have seen yet either. It is an incredibly striking sight, photographs do it very little justice, and of course you can't help but be moved.


We also saw Miss Saigon tonight, B's mum treated us. She saw it 25 years ago with Jonathan Pryce in the engineer's role. I'm sure he was excellent, but thankfully this production has Asian actors in the appropriate roles.
