Flower Show

The Flower Show was on today. Combined with the Farmers Markets in the park and glorious weather it appears to have been a great success.

I arrived just in time to find a bonsai workshop beginning so I sat in on that and really enjoyed it.

There were also craft, cooking and photography exhibits. I am pleased to report that Blipper Cymbeline, also seen here, appears to have scooped the pool with both 1st and 2nd in at least 2 categories in the photography section. Congratulations Cymbeline, and well deserved. The judge definitely got it right for once.

PS. Several people have commented on putting a flower image into mono. I did it because I didn't think the original was very exciting. You can see it here if you like.
