Favourite

These are two of my favourite people in the world and I was so delighted to hang out with them both today. I had such a brilliant time! I met Fiona in Gourock this morning and we had breakfast in Flava while I filled her in on family life over the past few months. She drove us down to Largs and we caught the ferry over to Cumbrae, the weather was glorious after a foggy start and we had lunch al fresco at the bistro with the parentals and it was just heavenly! We returned to her beautiful home to carry on the chat until it was time to go and meet Anne off the bus. The rest of the afternoon passes to quickly with the aid of some prosecco. I gave Anne one of my scarves to take home to Fiji with her, it is made of fine wool and linen do should be perfect for her, she absolutely loved it and I was so pleased. I got the ferry home at half 6 and Marisol picked me up in Largs and we came home to mine for more prosecco, more chat and the usual Saturday night TV. I've had an excellent day!
