Gardening can be painful

My post exam preparation day trip to the allotment this evening was cut from short to very short by a red ant or two that stung (or is it bit?) me. Very painful indeed, never had them before. The one that got inside my bra was particularly unwelcome....oh well. No further comment from me on that.

Quite a brisk walk home and tried stopping to take some flower shots but I needed to get home and get the hydrocortisone on.

Lots to do tomorrow on the work, study, conference prep and allotment front. Several deadlines coming at the same time - sigh. Saves me brooding quite so much maybe, perhaps. I can hope that will be the case.
