Wabbit

I'm feeling rather wabbit tonight. I'm not sure if wabbit is just a Scots word or not, either way - I'm really tired and really need that early night I've been promising myself (it is now 22:40).

We celebrated Grace's birthday (my Dad's wife) with a family dinner at The Beech Tree Inn. We call Grace the chocolate fairy, she always gives the kids chocolate and is pretty much an addict! So of course the cake I made her had to be chocolate with ganache icing, and gluten free for my Dad. There are excellent gf flours these days so you can't even tell it is a gf cake - yum!
