Walking the wall..........

...............or part of it! Glorious weather here today, managed an 8 mile circular walk encompassing some of the ups and downs of Hadrian's Wall. This photo was taken from the top of one of the 'ups' looking across to the next climb.
Well worth the effort, a real glimpse of our history - and who knows after the 18th of this month maybe it'll be re-built! ;-)
