Feeling Tropical

These palm trees are less than a stone throw away from our backyard.
Don't they look magnificent against the blue sky.

Flocks of Loriketts rouse among the palm fronds in last spring to early autumn.
QLD does not have daylight saving which means these bird will be "singing" at 430AM! Ahhhh! So not looking forward to summer for this reason.
