...and out and about with Bernhard who worked at Garvald in 1972 for 18 months as part of voluntary work as an alternative to conscription to the German army.
Lots of catch-up talk and laughs. Who would have thought he would have been sent right near the top of the drainpipe at Horne Terrace Workshops to paint it. No H & S then.
