Pasta all'uovo Eleonora

Serious back blipping here.

This is the fresh egg pasta shop in Silvi where we sometimes buy pasta. They make it fresh, then when you buy it they flatten and cut it to size in front of you. I've forgotten the name of this pasta, but it is like short tagliatelle. We bought gnocchi too, the ultimate fast food, cooks in seconds.
