Almost a bridge

I've been watching the construction of this bridge for over a year - it's almost complete. This is a big deal around here. The new bridge will replace an old (but still functional) swing bridge after years of haggling over 'historic respect vs. modern safety.' The modern has won out and will be open to traffic by this summer.
