Mary's meal

Saw this old fashioned type collection box in a B&B we are staying at in Tyndrum Scotland on a stop over to The Isle of Skye.
I haven't see on one of these 'Lent' type boxes since I was a child and attended church regularly with my parents.
I was again reminded of just how lucky we are in our lives - and drawn to my feelings of abject poverty I often witness in Africa!

Imagin! £6.15 feeds a child at school for a whole year - This evening I feel humbled as I tuck into my meal at the local hostelry! And thank God for what I have !
