PEAR BLOSSOM

The huge old pear tree's branches droop over the water furrow. The blossoms appear slowly, one clump at a time until the whole tree is white.
There are many of these old trees in the village and along the road to Oudtshoorn. It is only during blossom time that you become aware of their presence.
