An early-ish swim at our favourite spot, we reckon it might be our last this season as it isn't that protected and the swell can get quite big and the seemingly calm sea can be deceptively rough! So swims there will be limited to very calm days!

You can just make out the castle on Castle Point, one of the few ones that is renovated and lived in.
