Boston Celtics!

This is a picture of a poster that I have on my bedroom door. It is a picture of former Boston Celtics player, Paul Pierce. The Boston Celtics are my family’s favorite basketball team. My dad was a huge Celtics fan ever since he was in sixth grade. He says they became his favorite because that was the first game that his parents let him stay up past his bedtime to watch, and he followed them ever since. My dad loves basketball. He watches so many games, he reads books about basketball and he coaches our jr. high and high school girls’ basketball teams. My mom and I grew to enjoy basketball, too. I started playing when I was in first grade. My mom and I also grew to love the Celtics, too. For Christmas, we would get each other new Celtics attire. I now have about four t-shirts, sweatpants, sweatshirt, pajama pants, and a winter hat. My mom and dad have a lot of Celtics gear, too. We even got to go to pretty many of their games. We went to some that were in New Jersey and Philadelphia. We would usually get a hotel and stay overnight, and make a trip out of it. My friend Kylie came with us to a lot of games because she was a Celtics fan, too. Although the Celtics have made some trades, and they aren’t the same team that they used to be, we still love them!
