Norwest Arch over Tekapo

Optomist and I have come down to Lake Tekapo for the weekend, cameras in hand, hoping for some starry skies. As you can see we're being blessed with plenty of cloud but maybe it'll clear later. It was a beautiful sunset from high on the hill between Lakes Alexandrina and Tekapo.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming response to yesterday's Blue & Gold image - one of my very best ever! I think it sat at the top of Spotlight for a long time. How amazing!
