Tree Down

Tree down, workers up in the air. Quite some excitement around here today. High winds have trees down all around town - including right next door. Those tall locust trees are just to the north of our place. It was only a branch that broke off, but such a huge one the rest of the tree will have to come out, too. I was down the street at a neighbor's when another neighbor called me to say a tree had fallen and was burning. So I ran the one block home to find a fire truck had already put out the small fire. Our electricity was still on, until a half hour later, POW! the branch settled some more and cut off ours, too. But, two hours, three trucks, and four or five guys later, we are back in business.
