Riding 2

Day 2 of the new bike and Adam is in love. I got home and he was riding it, he wouldn't come up for dinner, after dinner we had to go and investigate some "noises".

It's all good, usual bike noises, and he's happy ;-)

Very busy day at work and more to come this week. A whole week in the office, for a change!

Started into my fitness and healthier eating regime. Day one and it's feeling good.
