The supermoon has created super tides and shifted enough sand to reveal an old boat wreck on Putsborough Beach today.
Soon it will be covered up again

I've had one of the most active, normal, Rachel days I can remember for a long time. I did some yoga and threw myself around, took a brisk walk with Richard and the dog (I even ran for about 45 seconds!!!) then I spent the afternoon digging up old nasturtium, cutting back buddleia and other things that throw our garden into darkness now the sun is getting lower, planting Winter potatoes (a month late), and some lettuces. I love it when the day ends with filthy fingernails.
