First day back at work which was spent blitzing about a zillion emails.

Managed a naked run i.e. A run with no gps this afternoon. Estimated 7km run in the sun.

This evening I got the train into Edinburgh to meet a new colleague who just joined the company for some dinner at the Angels Share.
