at long, long, long last

After several false starts Matthew finally got his fish today. I could have done without the sales assistant's threat of fish death because we hadn't ph tested the water and added the correct bacteria. Aargh, meltdown on the floor of Jardiland.
Great excitement in the car on the way home, anxiety in the woodland because we had to stop to feed the pigs and it took too long. And finally they were released into the tank. (Please survive).
