Corrimony Chambered Tomb

Our last full day in Scotland and Clare decided she'd like to see some ancient relics so we headed out to the chambered tomb at Corrimony, north of Loch Ness.

It's an impressive set of remains. While we were there we met an enthusiastic American tourist who proudly showed us the "Sun Seeker" app on his iPhone and how it demonstrated that on the summer solstice, the rising sun would shine straight up the passage into the tomb.
