Heaven

Early start, went to breakfast at Wendy's, had a lovely lunch there to.

Was at Moffat in the afternoon for wrk.

Went for a cycle (6.7 miles) at sunset was lovely, shared with a buzzard, 4 deer, a donkey, flock of crows and two bats.

Starting to feel better again which is nice.
