Cheque!

Today was just a big surprise to me. I had a difficult time waking up as I was so exhausted from listening to talks (more than half of it, i did not understand!) and from trying to impress people with my poster. I was really sure that i did not impress anyone.

But....this cheque was a proof that I did impress some. I havent even had the chance to settle down for the first activity in this day's conference when i suddenly heard my name being said in the most British accent. I then realized that I won. I was one of the 4 posters which were awarded this humble amount of cash.

Now my one week of food is taken cared of :)

Reported it right away to my bff Doods through facebook and she said she was teary-eyed (read as "crying") with the news.
