Dinosaur Country

My walk this evening after work was just up our lane and onto a public footpath which incorporates the vast Miscanthus planting of a local Farmer. I saw rabbits, squirrels, dogs and their walkers, trees loaded down with lots of Elderberries, little conkers in their furry jackets, maturing and just waiting for the local kids to knock them down! - a Woodpecker, some spiders' webs but no Butterflies or Bees -
so here you have it just a huge irragator parked on one of the walkways amongst the Miscanthus and for all the world looking just like some sort of prehistoric monster.
