Early Riser

Beautiful light this morning. We have been lucky every day this week as it's been bright and sunny which makes it that little bit easier to start the day ;-)

And so begins another day of running around like a headless chicken. Having stayed late at work the last two days, I checked out early today and came straight home. I really appreciated some quality time with Little B in the sunshine, and a hot meal (!) with mum and dad. I can't remember the last time I had a cooked meal!

Good gym session in the evening. Lots of trampoline work on straight somersaults, bouncing to handstand then over from the horse, and a quick go on bars. Neck is still bothering me, so had another massage from the coach which seemed to help.

Home late, bath, bed at midnight. I'm so having a night in tomorrow....
