An early morning at the Children's Panel with some good results. I thoroughly enjoyed the bike ride from the Panel to the day job. The ride to the Panel is largely uphill; the ride from Panel to day job is mostly downhill. :-)

The afternoon was alright. I got some things done and cleared a bit of the wood from my inbox. The evening was spent ironing and catching up on chores. I've barely looked at blip and will try to catch up.

This was the day the three big parties leaders from down south came to check on their second homes came up to tell us how desperate they were for us to stay. At least they had lovely summery weather for their journey. It felt a bit like the start of their campaigns for next year's general election as they wouldn't be seen with each other.
