Almost there

My stitches come out tomorrow.

The card from my work colleagues reads:

Hmm, somebody's been fiddling with their medical notes haven't they?!
The chart at the bottom reads:
Nil by mouth 'cept chocolate and red wine..

The chocolate's correct lol
