Courgette everything

Such a glut of courgettes we made muffins with them. They were scrummy! Just goes to show that you can use the most unexpected ingredients and make something really good. God uses the most unexpected people for his purposes too. Just look at Joseph, Moses, Peter. So he can even use me!
