Golden sacrifice

I’m still very tired today, except it’s been going on all day instead of just the afternoon and evening! We’ve got that Thanksgiving Service tomorrow that I need to do projection for, so I’ve been doing my best to conserve my energy. I did feel better in the evening, and I got out in the sunset light to get this shot! I had a feeling that the Anglican church would be a good place to go.

We’ve had some tree surgery folks over in next door’s garden (and in our garden too as the subject of their work is so big) taking down a big chunk of the walnut tree. It’s been overshadowing us for some time! The garden definitely feels a lot bigger now it’s been hacked back.
