Wednesday's for most people means hump day. Today, for me, it was picnic in the park eating scones and drinking champagne and tea day! Lot's of lovely sculptures made from recycled materials adorned the trees and grass areas, it gave us an opportunity to explore parts of the park and follow a trail. Certainly worked up an appetite for our picnic.

Home to get the girls and it was rush around to Cubs night, so they were late to bed.

Mother-in-law is very poorly. She's had three units of blood and loads of tests. She's been eventually allowed home but she's not out of the woods yet. But she still doesn't complain (unlike a certain father of mine!).
