Back Beach Sunset

I had the grand idea of going to Teignmouth after supper and getting that big ol' moon coming up over the pier. The sun was just going down in the other direction so I took some shots at Back Beach first. You might notice that the water is quite high and there were lots of comings and goings in the harbour.

With a strong breeze, a high tide and a bit of swell, the waves were crashing over the prom and the wind was blowing the spray in my direction so I had to abandon my original plan so thank goodness for my 'insurance' shots.

We might have a cycling blip tomorrow. Can't be sure yet.
