Wings...

How many wings can you see? I was surprised when I uploaded this pic!

Today was ridiculously Summer-like, so warm and bright. It would have been wrong to be stuck indoors, so Elise played after school with friends for an hour and a half, I chatted! It was lovely watching her and her friends making daisy chains, doing cartwheels, spinning in circles, holding hands, dancing...so sweet and innocent, it could have been the 20s, 50s, 60s, 80s, any time.
After picking up A from Science Club, we got ice cream and had a wander, more playing and climbing trees till after 6pm. I expect good sleeping tonight from all. It's only half nine now and I could do with an early bed time myself.
