Paris first night

Flight was fine but the drive to the city in a taxi was nearly 90 minutes and 75 Euro. Well, rush hour and 3 accidents made for a very slow ride.
This picture was taken out of the taxi close to our new quarters where we were warmly welcomed by our friends with champagne and some starters. This is promising to be a very nice time. The temperatures are still very pleasant. Glad to be here!
