Silhoutte

A beautiful day, sunny, bright and warm. Spent most of the day in the garden and then went to Inverness with Mike a get some plumbing bits and bobs for the sink and some paint for our bedroom.
We drove back along the Beauly Firth. The clouds looked wonderful as the sun was dipping. The tide was going out leaving the mud and sand to be picked over by the birds. This heron was wandering around but stood still for this pose.

We came face to face with a huge Holland combine along one of the country roads it was as wide as the road and the passing space was nt big enough for us to get completely out of the way, so we had to back up, let him into the space and then squeeze past !

Now watching Bake off and feeling hungry !
