Almost time to harvest the Red.
It's not good having the Vineyard so close really, as any possible excuse for having a meeting down there I take, and to-day was the turn of the Food Group.(Local U3A) We had the talk about wine-making before hand, this was then followed by the Wine Tastings - 3 kinds of wine- and a lunch, which was delicious, but it was one of those rare days, of good food, good wine and excellent company.
Oh and I found out that they make exceedingly good Wimberry Cheesecake.
