cropping

When I went to Mapua a couple of weeks ago I passed this old house and recognised it as one that Rainie blipped here. I was almost passing it today on my way into Nelson so made a quick side trip to see how the crop had grown. Clearly Rainie was there on a nicer day, no blue sky in sight for me.

As you can see by the gaps between the rows, we haven't had the usual spring rain, but the crop (whatever it is) is still managing to grow.
