Aloha

This is a piece done by John Mydock of the Big Island, titled "Aloha Love from Ridge to Reef" in Norfolk Island Pine. He turned the large vessel and then burned the design (pyrography) - fabulous! He was awarded 'Honorable Mention".
This is in the (juried) Hawaii's WoodShow at Linekona School, Honolulu Museum of Art, through Sept. 14.
