is Australia!!

We have had the most incredible drive today. We decided to jump in the car and head south to Melbourne. We're just totally over being confined to Barracks and felt it would do us the world of good. And what an amazing experience it was. We hadn't thought about the Cherry Trees being in bloom from Blackheath to Albury and we certainly hadn't counted on the Canola Crop being in bloom as well.

It was if we were driving through one of the "Old Masters" paintings and it just went on for kilometre after kilometre. Every little country town was an absolute picture and we were so engrossed we didn't stop for lunch until nearly 3.00pm.

By the way, the bird population at Wombat Hollow is all abuzz about Christine Currawong and Henry Honey Eater both hitting the Spotlight Pages over the past couple of day. The little super stars feel they now have bragging rights and I have to thank them from the bottom of my heart for posing so beautifully and for so long for this "Baby Blipper"!!
