Arghh!

Took the wee one to the park - wore him out and he fell asleep in the car just as we entered the gate! Wouldn't go down in his cot.
Had good afternoon but he was obviously tired but wouldn't go down.. Getting very weary at this point.
Supposed to go to the Derngate theatre to see Lisa Stansfield - hubby ill and friend's hubby at meeting so we went on our own. The theatre was incredibly hot with people asking for aircon to be cranked up - it wasn't - and ice ran out early on...
The support band - Mama's gun (eh??) were ok. Jamiroqui meets Plan B.. But when Lisa (finally) came on it was weird. She looked and sounded drunk/high but her voice was still great. It just became too painful to watch and enjoy. So sad.
My friend and I went to the nearest pub and they had a jazz/blues band playing - well - so result!! :-)
