Light & Dark

Holy moly we are busy at work....this is obviously very good so I'm not complaining but I have to be careful... I know that sometimes I can expect too much of people....We have a great team who work really hard...often going the extra mile to make sure things are completed, deadlines met. I've noticed some silly mistakes are being made though, people's buttons getting pushed....not sure if this increased workload is stressing some of them out or whether they are just getting tired....or both!

Band practice tonight...this is our new electric kit which is really good....allowing us to be quieter, at times, and more interesting....hopefully! The sound tonight was good, the vibe energetic and fun....
